Trulli dell'Angelo
Trulli dell’Angelo was born in 1630 and their renovation has completely respected the original shape and materials with two rooms accommodating three people. Facing tradition, a strong pergola of table grapes casts shade over the palmento, the ancient vat used in ancient times for fermenting musts. Next to the trulli is the house that accommodates two more people, a bathroom and a living room with kitchen. Both structures, trulli and house, together with their outdoor space form the apartment available for up to 5 people.
The structure is located within Dimora Spierti, where there are other apartments, each at a due distance, to let each guest find his or her own tranquility or way of experiencing the stay. Each guest can walk around the Dimora and fall in love with nature by discovering different varieties of fruit trees and tasting vegetables from the organic garden. He can also visit the animals on the farm and feed them, walk among the vineyard and relax by the pool or sunbathe in the solarium.
The House

Passing through the entrance gate, an open space immediately opens to the left to accommodate the trulli and the apartment. Surrounded by nature, the Saracen trulli house two rooms, one double and one single, as in the traditional 1630 version. Next door, crossing an ancient palmento covered with a pergola of grapes to taste, one enters the house. Here opens a living room with kitchen, a bathroom and a double room. The stay in Trulli dell'angelo provides for the occupancy of both structures, trulli and house, and cannot be divided according to the number of people.
The structure, restored respecting its history, has thick stone walls that insulate outside temperatures and generate natural coolness inside.
Outside, the surrounding space provides quiet corners for each guest to feel at home between summer dinners under the stars, walks to the farm, breakfast with fruits from the organic garden, sounds from nature, and rejuvenating swims. The space outside the property also provides an outdoor kitchenette with a wood-burning oven and barbecue.
LOCATION
The house is located between Carovigno and San Vito, 4 km from the first beach and the town. Brindisi airport is 25 kilometers away.
RESERVATION
A deposit of 40% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. The final payment can be settled up to one week before arrival. A security deposit of 100 euros is required and can also be made by bank transfer or Paypal during your arrival, to be returned during check-out.
Cancellation is free up to 60 days before arrival. There is a 20% refund up to 30 days before arrival and no refund in case of cancellation after 30 days before arrival.
